MBM is involved in the strategic development at 9-11 Nelson Street, Chatswood. Situated in a prime urban location, the development will encompass a complex scope of work to transform the site into a modern mixed-use hub.
MBM was engaged to prepare a Capital Investment Value (CIV) report for the proposed multi-tower residential development. The initiative included the demolition of an existing two-level residential complex and the construction of two new towers, featuring two podium levels that enrich the architectural dynamics of the area. Additionally, the development includes a substantial 3-level basement and over 4,219m² of commercial space which integrates seamlessly with the residential units totaling 21,827m² across 258 dwellings. The project also comprises extensive landscaping and essential services that contribute to the functionality and aesthetic of the development.
Our services included the creation of a detailed elemental cost plan aligned with the council’s definition of development costs. Further, MBM provided a completed registered quantity surveyors Development Application (DA) form. Our team also offered a detailed development estimate for internal use by VIMG to tailor our services to meet the specific needs of our client.
